Real Estate Blog - Appraise & Apprise - William R Hall, Alpha Valuations

To kick off this blog, I want to take a moment to introduce myself.  I'm Will Hall - my passion for real estate led me to this career path.  Since 2004, I've appraised over 4500 residential properties in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will counties as well as Statewide for commercial properties.  That experience provides me with a keen knowledge of where value lies.  I currently reside in DuPage County with my wife, Lori, my daughter, Samantha, and my rescue dog/mascot, Roscoe. In my free time, I enjoy gourmet cooking, sports, being active in the community, and watching my daughter swim competitively. We pride ourselves on personalized client service.
