Residential Appraisals: single family, townhomes, condominiums, multi family (up to 4 units).  Counties: Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, LaSalle, Will, McHenry. Residential appraisal fees start at $400. Rush fees for a fast moving housing market are by quote.
Commercial : Will handles all Illinois. All fees are by quote.
